New WPUK anti-harassment policy
Following consultation a new WPUK anti-harassment policy has been introduced.
Since the last version 0.2 the scope has been extended beyond conferences to cover all WPUK events – this brings it into line with the current refunds and media release policies.

I like this and while some people might think that there’s no real need for such a thing, I think that openness and equality set WordPress apart from many other technical projects I could mention.
If a formal anti-harassment policy helps to preserve this culture then I’m all for it.
